0.3.0 - Seika Progression System

I've added a progression system for Seika.  If Seika makes it far enough in the cave, she will obtain soul pearls.  Soul pearls is a currency that can be used to buy permanent in game boost after a run.  It's still rough around the edges and I'll be making continual improvements and changes in future builds.

PS: Saves that are tied to older versions are deleted.  This will be the case moving forward especially for each major version.
