0.4.0 - Demo & Early Access Version with New Bosses

I will be moving this game in to early access on steam and in the mean time I've added a separate demo and early access version.   In the early access version,  there is rough version of the new bosses.  There are a few gameplay tweaks and a few art updates (Bubble Shield) as well.
